Returns & Exchanges

At Complete Cyclist, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days in its original, unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, installed components and safety-certified helmets cannot be returned once used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our 'Track Order' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and small components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
